SearchMyLoan.com, Inc. is a recurring subscription service. Payment is made in advance of receiving all data for the designated term. The subscriber acknowledges that he or she waives his or her rights to disputing or denying this charge with his or her credit card carrier upon the acceptance of this agreement for the specified subscription term.

You will be billed in advance for this service on the anniversary date of the subscription. For a monthly subscription you will be billed $1 for the first 30 days which will increase to the regular subscription price starting the following month. For an annual subscription, you will be charged $1 for the first 30 days, and the regular subscription price the following month. The annual subscription covers 12 months of service after the introductory term for a total of 13 months access for the first year. You will be billed on the anniversary date of the conversion from introductory price to regular price.

You may cancel this service for future billing by emailing customerservice@searchmyloan.com. The email must be received 5 days prior to your next billing cycle in order to insure proper credit.
